NO refunds are issued on orders that are already baked. This includes if an issue arises & customer is unable to pick up and/or accept delivery at agreed upon time.

However, IF you are unable to pick up/accept deliver orders at agreed upon time; please contact us @ kateonekreations@gmail.com ASAP so we can come up with a pickup time that works best for us both.
